Panasonic har annonceret 3 nye 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray-afspillere. De nye billigere afspillere bringer lineup op på i alt 5 afspillere.
Høj kontrast, udvidet farverum og glidende bevægelser. De nye Panasonic 4K UHD Blu-ray-afspillere lægger sig i slipstrømmen af de større modeller.
De tre nye Ultra HD Blu-ray hedder DMP-UB400, UB310 og UB300. Fælles for dem er at de er både fysisk mindre end de øvrige UHD Blu-ray fra Panasonic, men også billigere.

Men alle tre opfylder alle krav til en moderne UHD Blu-ray. Dette inklusiv certificering til Ultra HD Premium.
Den største model UB400 kommer med 2 stk. HDMI-udgange, en til video og en til audio.
Alle tre kan afspille hi-res audio fra formater som WAV, FLAC, ALAC og DSD. UB400 kommer også med en simulator for lyden fra rørforstærkere.
Udover det understøtter de også 4K streaming.
De kommer med Panasonics HCX (Hollywood Cinema Experience) videoprocessor for Ultra HD Blu-ray, og dermed “arver” de billedkvaliteten fra de større Panasonic DMP-UB900 og UB700 UHD Blu-rayafspillere.
